• Pruning, fertilization, and pest control

3. Service Agreements

All services are provided subject to written or verbal agreements between you and Seasonal Yard Maintenance. Service specifications, pricing, and terms will be detailed in your service agreement or quote.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Quotes

All quotes are valid for a specified period as stated in the quote. Prices may vary based on property size, complexity, and specific requirements.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, check, and credit card payments
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees

5. Service Scheduling

We strive to provide services at mutually agreed times. Weather conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances may require schedule adjustments. We will make every effort to notify you of any schedule changes.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure quality service, customers agree to:

7. Service Guarantees

We are committed to providing high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will address legitimate concerns and make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues.

8. Limitations of Liability

Seasonal Yard Maintenance is not liable for:

• Damage to existing property features not disclosed before service
• Consequences of weather conditions beyond our control
• Issues arising from pre-existing property conditions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided.

9. Insurance

Seasonal Yard Maintenance maintains appropriate insurance coverage. We are fully licensed and insured for the services we provide.

10. Property Access

You grant us permission to access your property for the purpose of providing agreed services. We will treat your property with respect and care, and we expect the same courtesy regarding our equipment and personnel.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

Service cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refund policies are outlined in our Return Policy.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, or other force majeure events.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Seasonal Yard Maintenance and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

14. Modifications to Terms
